Shell – Team purpose session


The Global manager for customer experience and communication asked MVNP to support and facilitate a 2-day session in July where the team would have clarity on their team purpose, team vision and goals fort the coming time period.
MVNP facilitated the process and also provided some content to guide the thinking process of the participants as well as give insights in new behaviours to commit to, and model for all teammembers in the teams.
At the end of the 2-day worksession it was clear for the team where the focus needs to be and which actions need to be taken in order to achieve the goals for the end of the year.
