Sony – 7 Habits Foundations

The FranklinCovey organisation is an international company that supports international corporations. One of these corporates is Sony. The Sony Europe organisation has decided to use the 7Habits foundations program as part of their learning & development program.
In June an international group of Sony employees gathered to witness and experience the7 Habits program. Eventhough the delivery is the standard 7 habits foundations program, MVNP was able to make the workshop as tailormade as possible. With specific examples and specific exercises the content of the 7 habits was aligned with the daily operations of the Sony organisation.
The group of attendants was very diverse not only from different cultures and countries but also in roles and responsibilities. Therefore the whole day was filled with learnings through experience sharing, great models of behaviours as well as helpful insights and tools.
The 7 habits foundations is exactly what the title suggests – the foundations of all 7 habits with some deepening parts. Participants will be familiarized with the 7 habits and be able to apply them in their daily work routine.
