Van Eeghen Functional Ingredients and MVNP have agreed to cooperate in designing and delivering a development program named: A winning culture.
Basic thought is : When employees are part of the process to design the mission, the vision and the core values of the Van Eeghen company, then they will jointly establish an effective culture. A culture in which business projects will be combined with personal development. Thus enhancing, drive, motivation and the ambition to achieve great results.
MVNP’s Erik van Nieuwpoort and Derick Maarleveld will closely work together with CEO Jeroen van Eeghen and CFO Sara-Anne Peelen-Lodewijks and their team to fulfill this challenging job ahead.
Van Eeghen Functional Ingredients is part of the Van Eeghen Group. This family-owned company was established in Amsterdam in 1662, and is currently run by the 15th generation of the Van Eeghen family. Throughout its long history, the Van Eeghen Group has always been dedicated to the transport, production, trading and distribution of foodstuff.
